She has been lecturing in Exe MBA programs and training in the field of Leadership Development for the past 20 years. Her approach is based largely on Adaptive Leadership Framework and Systems Thinking, where the most important leadership task is to diagnose thoroughly the leadership challenge. While working on adaptation strategies and mobilization around the leadership work, Dorota extensively applies coaching methods to determine individual motivations and sources of resistance.
In recent time she has been increasingly interested in the subject of mental resilience, so the leaders and the system they lead can not only survive but thrive, even when times are tough.
Dorota holds a PhD degree in Sociology from Temple University in the USA. She also studied, among others at Wharton School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Columbia University, Center for Right Relationships, American Management Association and American Society for Training Development.
